<p>4. What are the health benefits of coffee?<br />
Maybe you&#8217;ve heard before, that caffeine can reduce the risk of  Parkinson&#8217;s disease. Coffee, decaf or regular anything-can control the  risk of diabetes. Another study also linked coffee consumption with  reduced risk of colon cancer, mouth, throat, esophagus, and <a href="http://www.medienrolli.com">endometrium</a>.</p>
<p>Experts suspect, some of these health benefits generated by the  antioxidant compounds called phenols in coffee. One of them, chlorogenic  acid, believed to be able to play a role in preventing diabetes and  Parkinson&#8217;s disease. A little coffee also helps increase energy, and  helps you perform daily tasks (such as e-mail reply in the morning, or  morning exercise) with more ease.</p>
<p>5. What if drinking too much coffee?<br />
In some people, too much caffeine can cause insomnia, tension,  irritability, heart rate and blood pressure increase. Because caffeine  is a stimulant, if you have high blood pressure or heart problems, you  need to limit the amount of caffeine to one cup of it in a day.</p>
<p>6. Is it safe to consume coffee when pregnant?<br />
If you are <a href="http://www.medienrolli.com">pregnant,</a> caffeine in coffee is likely to increase the risk  of miscarriage. But this does not happen in all women. To be safe, most  experts recommend limiting coffee to one cup a day, for healthy pregnant  women. Avoid caffeine if you have a problem preeclampsia, namely high  blood pressure that occurs during pregnancy.</p>
